Before assuming this pivotal role, Steve served as EY’s Global Vice Chair – Transaction Advisory Services, where he led growth and investment strategies for EY’s Global Transaction Advisory Services (TAS). His leadership in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) spanned more than 25 years, advising both corporate and private equity clients on complex, multi-billion-dollar cross-border transactions.
